1. Shipping Rates and Timelines

We use EasyPost to calculate real-time rates from carriers like USPS and UPS. Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your herd is on the move.

2. Small-Batch Nature

Because everything is hand-packed in small batches, slight variations in color or texture are normal. We prioritize freshness and quality in every blend.

3. Returns and Refunds

Due to the consumable nature of our products, we do not accept returns for food and drink items. However, your satisfaction is our priority. If your order arrived damaged or you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days of receipt so we can make it right.

4. International Shipping

We currently ship primarily within the United States. For international inquiries, please contact us for custom shipping quotes.
